A free account is required to order. Your logo files are kept for 1 year after your order, then deleted.

Pay & we produce
Pay at checkout and we start production. You can cancel within 20 minutes of ordering by replying to your order confirmation email.

Embroidery
Stitched logos for polos, work shirts, caps and jackets. One-time $50 setup fee per design.

How does pricing work?
Each model has a price per piece that drops as your quantity grows; the exact per-piece prices for every quantity are listed on each product page. A logo on the front is included, and back prints add a set amount per piece. Small orders below 20 pieces have a markup (1–5 pieces +95%, 6–10 +65%, 11–19 +50%). Embroidery adds a one-time $50 setup fee per design. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. You can browse and design freely, but placing an order requires a free account.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 20 minutes of placing it: reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. After 20 minutes the order goes into production and can’t be cancelled.
Can I return custom items?
No. Every item is printed or embroidered for you, so all sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What files should I upload?
A logo with a transparent background: PNG or SVG, ideally 300 DPI at print size (about 3,900 px wide for a full 13″ front print). AI, EPS or PDF files can be sent with “Design it for me”. DSS is not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution or low-quality files.
